Questions & Answers
Is there any platform under the shed or is a foundation required?
Hello,
Thank you for your question. Yes, the shed requires a foundation. These sheds do not include a floor because of all the possibilities available. If you are building a solid wooden or concrete platform, that can be used as a floor on its own. To discuss your options further, please feel free to call us at 1-800-851-1085 (press 1).
Thank you

how big of a foundation does it need? how big are the doors? what are the heights in various areas? Why is there NO information???
Hello Barb,
Thank you for your question. We do apologize for the trouble. The base size to construct a base is 122” W x 57"D(in). The platform can be a little bit bigger so that you can have room to anchor down the shed. The centerpiece is a pad-lockable 6 ft. x 5 ft. storage shed with sliding doors for storing and accessing your item. The door width opening is 32"W and a door opening height of 65” (in). The shed has one standard height, which is 6'ft high. The only height difference is at the end, where there's the attached firewood rack that can hold and protect stacked firewood which has a height of 4'ft. If you have any other questions or wish to discuss this in more detail, please don’t hesitate to contact us at 1-800-932-9344.
Thank you
