WHAT IS THE WIND AND SNOW LOAD RATING ON CP1020 AND PC1020 ATTACHED ARROW BUILDINGS

Unfortunately, the freestanding and the attached Carport are not live load rated, and we do recommend immediately remove any accumulated snow off the structure and anchoring down the Carport. I bought my carport about a yr & half ago, then I broke my Hip (not from carport) did my ground work ,opened up my cartons and no hardware None so now what do I do?had friends ready to help wanted to surprise my wife by having it done . PLEASE HELP

What is the anchoring system for the posts? I have an asphalt driveway. Also, the specifications show differing heights. Can the height of the carport be customized?
If your goal is to LOWER the height the solution would be to simply bury the posts deeper into the ground. Raising it, not so much...

Is this roof able to be attached so its slanted? If not, will it withstand a NH winter?

Do you make a carport/patio cover 12*20 with a shed roof sloped to one side

What is width size of the posts. My customer does not want his concrete dug into. So I need suggestion on way to mount on top of concrete.
