I’d like to build/place on 3/4” minus base/crouched rock. Is this suitable.
Hello,
We recommend either a concrete slab or a wooden platform for this shed. Please note that the platform should be level and flat (free of bumps, ridges, etc.) to provide good support for the building, and Pressure Treated Lumber must not be used where it will make contact with your storage building. Also, the measurements will need to be exactly as what is listed in the manual. Here is the manual for you to review:

What is the thickness of the siding and roof?

They will be installed on an existing parking lot. do we still need a base?

It is recommended to build a concrete slab or wood platform as your base where you will build the shed on top of because the surface needs to be level and flat (free of bumps, ridges, etc.) to provide good support for the building.
