What are the exterior dimensions at the base? I would like to place this on a plastic A/C pad that is 48x36 inches, and secure it to the pad with tap-con screws

Is this shed rodent proof? We want to store our garden supplies outdoors and the mice ate a hole and nested in the last plastic one we had.
